IMPORTANT ANNOUNCMENT

HONOR THE EAGLE POW WOW

First off we would like to thank you for your participation and continued support of our Pow Wows.  The MSF Board of Directors has recently decided not to hold the Honor the Eagle Pow Wow (Starved Rock State Park, Utica, IL) this May.  We have based this decision on the decline of the economy, the expected gas prices and most of all the weather (flooding) we have encountered the past three years.  At this time, we plan to discuss changing our date slightly and look to bringing the Pow Wow back next year.  Please watch our website and emails for future notices regarding this Pow Wow.  We hope you understand this decision and have patience with us on this matter.   

We would like to thank everyone for their patronage and support of the Honor the Eagle Pow Wow.  Whether it be the role of a sponsor, vendor, volunteer, head staff of the Pow Wow, or spectator, without you and your support, the Pow Wow could not have taken place. 18th Annual Harvest Pow Wow

We will hold our 18th Annual Harvest Pow Wow at the Naper Settlement again this year on Sept. 22 & 23.  The city of Naperville will again partially sponsor the event.  This Pow Wow is our one main fundraiser and we are strongly seeking sponsors to help with the cost of this event.  Sponsorship Packets are available below.  Since we will be focusing on this one event, we are committed to making this Pow Wow bigger and better than ever.

Midwest SOARRING Foundation will hold a rattlemaking class on April 21, 2012.  Your fee includes all materials needed and because of the duration of the project, snacks and soft drinks will be provided. Class is limited to 15.
